The Force, Mass & Acceleration I  Learning Tool 1 contains Part A and Part B.

Part A uses a cube mass to demonstrate that, in general, a force applied to an object will cause the object to move or accelerate in the direction of the applied or net force.  The tool allows the student to modify the force and see the effects on acceleration.

Part B applies forces to objects. The Tool uses a rugby game to illustrate this. The user can use the tool to change the mass of each pack and the force being applied by each pack.
